When she was 3, DJ Mesa received her first turntable - a Fisher Price Phonograph; she obsessively listened to the few 45s of 70's music she had. When she was 12 she blew her life savings to go see the Stones in Montreal. Since then, she has wasted too much time and money on shows and amassed a weird, eclectic record collection.
